Hi Chris, thanks for spending your time uploading the videos! the visual is good, however I couldn't hear your voice clearly. But i understand that you were putting students in groups and work with peers to come up with some tasks in mind map form.
would you mind describing a little bit about what you did or the content of the discussion?
how were they doing? would be good to see their presentations (^^,)
Hi Chris! Fariza's right. I too would like to see the students' presentation because I always have problems making them present without just reading out the wordings on the chart. Normally, after they've presented I had to ask them questions to make them speak and not read. Sometimes I made the other students ask the presenters questions. Do you have any other suggestion?
Kak Siti, I guess the problem that you have pointed out (students would 'read' rather than talk) can frequently be seen in classes where students are not used to interact in English in their daily life, whereas for other students whose used to converse in the Language with their friends or family would find it easy to express things in their own way. What do you think Chris? I gather that majority of Sri Amanians are those who use regulalrly use the language in their daily life? Do you have any problem like the one Kak Siti is facing?

I need to look for their presentation videos. Might be a little too long, though. Look out for it.
